Manage multiple job orders while keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged
Deliver a high-touch, professional candidate and client experience from first contact through placement
Track activity, pipelines, and candidate records accurately in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and drive innovation
Remain flexible and assist with additional responsibilities as business needs evolve
Strong B2B sales experience , including cold calling and client acquisition
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Excellent customer service skills with a high level of professionalism
Positive, energetic attitude with an engaging and confident communication style
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-up
Active listener with the ability to understand client needs and candidate motivations
Reliable, punctual, and accountable—someone others can truly depend on

Comfortable using recruitment tools, social media, and MS Office/Google Suite
Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, or customer service is highly preferred
