    Talent Company is exclusively seeking to fill a Senior FP&A  Analyst to take the lead on building out FP&A processes for a recently IPO'd Fintech company.

    The company is seeking an individual who can come in and put strong structure in place for FP&A to support their rapid growth.

     

    If you have been part of budget, forecasting, financial reporting, KPI metrics and believe you can put new processes in place - then lets chat!!

    Often when you join a company you pick up what others have done and make it better. Here you will do some of that, but you will also build from scratch. Make it your own. The company IPO'd in 2021 so it's at a great stage....

    The role is 100% remote like all of the company's roles - since Day 1. The Founders wanted the best talent from Day 1 - so talent is global!

     

    Snapshot of Role:

    • Work with the CFO, Director of Finance, and Head of Departments to build out strong KPI's and build dashboards to drive strong decision-making.
    • Build and refine financial models that identify trends and support projections
    • Drive execution of annual business plan, monthly/ quarterly financial review, and forecast
    • processes
    • Perform deep dives into operational and financial data to evaluate ROI and margins for major cost drivers
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with department heads and broader Finance team on budgeting/ forecasting.
    • Develop financial variance reporting and communicate with finance leadership
    • Be a leader in recommending and implementing new systems such as Netsuite/Anaplan or tools that make sense for the dept/company.

    Desired Background:

    • Bachelors in Finance or Accounting
    • 3+ Years experience leading budget, forecasting, and variance analysis - you know what great looks like and YOU can bring best practices to the table
    • Natural ability and desire to 'build' and create the future of FP&A
    • Excellent modeling skills
    • Strong Gaap experience beyond just education
    • Experience working with tools such as Anaplan, Hyperion, Netsuite or similar
    • Treasury skills a BONUS

     

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Great paid medical plans are just the start....
    • Compensation:
    • $90,000 105,000 plus bonus 10% and RSU's up to $11k
    • Total Comp: up to $108,000 to $120,000 ish
