What You'll Do
- Welcome new hires and guide them through the onboarding process.
- Collect, review, and track all required new hire paperwork to ensure completion before training.
- Maintain accurate employee records and onboarding documentation.
- Communicate with new hires via phone, text, and email to answer questions and provide support.
- Coordinate onboarding schedules and training logistics.
- Follow up with candidates to ensure all required documents are submitted on time.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to provide a seamless hiring experience.
- Assist with additional administrative and recruiting support as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a customer-service mindset.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and learning new systems.
- Previous recruiting, HR, onboarding, or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
