Summary of Position
The Talent Programs Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Human Resources department’s Talent function, which includes Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Talent Development. This position is responsible for coordinating and administering a variety of activities and programs, including new hire orientation (in both English and Spanish), employee training logistics, and support for internal education and scholar programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, bilingual, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
Functions include but are not limited to the following. Must be able to move freely between tasks depending on workload, season, etc.
Pay rate: $20.00-$27.00/hr.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in agriculture business, communications, or any related field, plus 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, Agriculture, and/or operations field(s); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
