Talent Corps is looking to add a Trade Recruiter to our growing team in King of Prussia, PA.  This role reports directly into the Market Manager and provides an amazing opportunity to make an impact, add value and truly control your professional destiny!

While a core function and key metric of this role is placing people into positions, there are so many other tasks you’ll be leading which include:

• Working with the Market Manager on the best strategies to recruit talent and then executing on the strategy
• Act as the liaison between the candidate and the client
• Prescreening candidates through high volume calls and conducting phone interviews
• Making hiring recommendations and managing the recruiting life cycle A-Z
• Identify the best tools to post positions and source candidates

YOU WILL ALSO….

• Maintain HR records and employee compliance
• Create reports and interpret hiring data
• Manage all records for candidates hired
• Oversee and manage data in our Applicant Tracking System (TempWorks)

MUST HAVES…

• 1-3 years in Staffing Recruitment
• Strong emotional intelligence
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written)
• Team player with a strong individual contribution mindset
• Ability to take initiative and get things done with minimal supervision
• Strong technology skills
• High school diploma

NICE TO HAVES….

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus not a requirement
• Degree from an accredited college /university
• Experience working as part of a small growing team
