Talent Human Resources is looking for a Recruiter starting immediately.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: The primary role of the Staffing Coordinator is to partner with offering recruiting support and assistance for the end-to-end hiring process. Duties include, but are not limited to creating and maintaining requisition/candidate files, coordinating interviews, preparing and reporting the staff hired. She/he works closely with the Account Manager to deliver positive results throughout the hiring process.
Assist walk in applicant's in a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
Dispatching qualified candidates.
Having phone etiquette voice.
Strong organization skills
Recruiting through media resources.
Operate copy machine, fax, and scanner.
Screening applicants for vacant positions.
Able to conduct a drug screen, background checks, check in employees and hand deliver check.
Understanding individual client needs and building rapport with all client contacts.
Excellent communication skills and customer services skills.
Report injuries to the claims department and ensure follow up to both the injured worker and client. Confirm modified duties for injured workers with clients.
Listening skills - to be able to understand our customer needs and be detail oriented.
Able to multitask and time management skills.
