    Job Description

     

    Talent One Recruitment & Staffing is currently in search of a customer service representative for the Medical health supplement industry .

    Customer service associate will provide customer service, sales, admin., support, through phone , emails. Will ensure all orders are processed accurately. In-call center like environment.

    • Accurately processes customers’ orders into an order processing and inventory system.

    • Receives and documents customer returns.

    • Helps consumers find store/s near their area or direct them to an online retailer if no stores are available.

    • Answers general customer questions about products and/or transfers to appropriate personnel.

    • Informs customers of new products or any other information that may increase customer orders.

    • Duration: Long term with the possibility of transitioning on to customers payroll (T-H)

    • Schedule: 8am-5pm (+OT)

    • Some Sundays

    Job Requirements:

    • High School Diploma Required
    • Customer service call center experience
    • Prior experience in the vitamin/supplement/nutrition industry preferred.
    • Strong verbal communication skills. (Team Player)
    • Excellent data entry skills.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be detail oriented
    • Strong follow through
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
    • Excellent problem resolution skills
