    YOUR MISSION: Educate our inbound leads on why TalentPop is the best in class customer service solution for e-commerce businesses. You'll Provide an Overview of TalentPop’s Services to companies who are in need of a Customer Service Solution. YOUR PROFILE:

    • You want to join a startup in its most exciting moment: Early Growth

    • Experience In the E-commerce space is a PLUS

    • You want to step up to the challenge of hustling to scale our sales process

    • Strong ability to close.

    • Selling is something you like doing, and you want to get better at it.

    • Ability to understand complex ideas and automate processes

    • Strong ability to move fast and get things done

    • Passion for learning! You know that you don't know much, and you want to improve every day

    • SALES AT TALENTPOP:

    • 90% inbound sales

    • Close rate: 35%

    • Sales cycle: 1-14 days to close

    • Growth: 15% + Month Over Month Growth

    • Profile Buyer: Owner/ Customer support manager/ Head of Customer Experience / Ecommerce director

    DAY TO DAY DUTIES

    • Schedule appointments via Zoom with inbound qualifiedleads who are looking to learn more about TalentPop.
    • Conduct Sales Demonstrations sharing more information about what we do at TalentPop.
    • Constantly optimize the sales pipeline, by leveraging data at each step of the process
    • Follow up with previous demos to see if they’re ready to get started.
    • Connect with “High Intent” prospects that are actively looking for a customer service solution.

    NICE TO HAVE

    • Track record of meeting and exceeding quota
    • Proven ability to prospect and develop pipeline
    • Experience with selling SaaS or e-commerce clients
