    Job Description

    The Talent Relations Coordinator plays an active role in supporting Talent Relations across NBCU Entertainment’s Unscripted content, which includes the following: NBC, Bravo and Peacock.

    The Talent Relations Coordinator will support the NBCU Entertainment Unscripted Talent Relations department. while reporting into the Senior Manager of NBCU Unscripted TR.

    ** Responsibilities:**

    • Answer phones, schedule meetings, book travel, arrange delivery services, handle expense reports
    • Maintain all contacts and constantly update talent and show information
    • Maintain all calendars including VPs and series production calendar
    • Coordinate talent appearances/shoots by collecting hair/makeup and travel including cars, flights, hotel and booking cars for events and handling day-of logistics
    • Create talent itineraries for events
    • Assist with events including BravoCon, Premiere Parties, Upfront, Fan Fests, etc.
    • Gather vendor invoices, reconcile P-Card purchases and
    • Create budgets when necessary
    • Set up vendors in internal system for talent payment and reimbursement
    • Work with Talent Relations Group to coordinate Talent Gifting and Ticketing
    • Manage the dissemination of all talent social assets
    • Share talent agreements via Docusign
    • Collect talent bios and headshots when applicable
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    ** Basic Qualifications:**

    • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications/Public Relations/Journalism
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in media, entertainment, or television publicity
    • Minimum 1 year experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
    • Ability to juggle a heavy workflow and meet numerous deadlines and shifting priorities
    • Individual must exhibit strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong written and verbal communications skills
    • Excellent understanding of social media
    • Superior organization skills and high attention to detail
    • Highly resourceful and effectively troubleshoot with a focus toward anticipating, identifying, and executing strategic solutions
    • Ability to exercise a high level of discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
    • Overtime may be required. Must be available for occasional weekend work and minimal travel

    ** Desired Characteristics:**

    • Knowledge of current events and people within the entertainment industry is preferred.
    • Must be able to work well under pressure
    • Creative and strategic thinker

    ** Additional Requirements:**

    Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
