The Role
We’re hiring a Talent Sourcer to help us consistently deliver high-quality candidate pipelines for multiple searches at once. You’ll own the top-of-funnel motion: finding, engaging, and qualifying talent, then partnering closely with recruiters and clients to move candidates through a tight hiring process.
This is a great role for someone who loves the craft of sourcing, enjoys writing outreach that actually converts, and wants to level up inside a high-performing recruiting team.
What You’ll Do
Build and manage talent pipelines for searches across multiple functions and seniority levels (IC → leadership)
Craft tailored outbound messaging based on each client’s ideal candidate profile (ICP) and hiring context
Source and engage passive candidates via multi-touch outreach (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
Screen resumes and inbound applicants; identify “high signal” profiles quickly
Coordinate scheduling and early-stage candidate experience (screening, prep, process updates)
Partner with the recruiting team to deliver shortlists of qualified, aligned candidates
Keep our CRM/ATS up to date (resumes, outreach, notes, interview feedback, next steps)
Maintain transparent timelines and follow-through for both candidates and clients
Hit measurable goals tied to pipeline quality, candidate submissions, and search outcomes
What Success Looks Like (First 60–90 Days)
You’re consistently building qualified pipelines for active searches
Your outreach is thoughtful, on-brand, and improving response rates over time
You’re operating cleanly in the stack (CRM hygiene, strong notes, clear next steps)
Recruiters and clients trust your signal and your follow-through
You’re proactively identifying what’s working and improving what’s not
What We’re Looking For
Must-haves
1+ year of sourcing or recruiting experience (SaaS/tech strongly preferred)
Strong written communication; you can write outreach that feels human and earns replies
Comfort working fast across multiple roles with changing priorities
Highly organized and process-driven (you don’t drop balls)
Coachable: able to give and receive direct feedback without ego
Relationship-first mindset with candidates (professional, thoughtful, responsive)
AI-curious and AI-capable; you use tools to work smarter and iterate faster
Nice-to-haves
Experience sourcing for GTM roles (Sales, CS, Marketing, RevOps)
Familiarity with sourcing tools, ATS/CRM workflows, and multi-touch campaigns.
Based in or near Greater Nashville, TN (preferred, not required)
