Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
- Utilize a variety of sourcing tools, platforms, and strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, Boolean searches, networking, and social media) to identify qualified candidates for candidates looking to make a difference.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring or high-demand positions across Case Management, Language Services, and Administrative Services.
- Screen and assess candidate qualifications, ensuring alignment with job requirements, including technical expertise, language proficiency, and relevant experience.
- Maintain an active pool of pre-qualified candidates to meet urgent and high-volume hiring needs.
High-Volume Recruiting
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, balancing efficiency with quality to meet aggressive hiring timelines.
- Prioritize and adapt to shifting recruitment needs in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising candidate quality.
Support Desired
- Source candidates with experience in various industries such as case management, language services, and administrative services, including those skilled in client advocacy, resource coordination, linguists and interpreters, data entry and processing.
- Identify professionals with a track record of providing high level customer service support.
- Source candidates with strong organizational, communication, and technical skills to meet the unique demands of our customers.
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand specific role requirements and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
- Provide regular updates on recruiting progress, market insights, and talent availability to support workforce planning efforts.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and responsive communication throughout the recruitment process.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all recruitment efforts align with government contracting compliance requirements, including EEO and OFCCP guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide reports as needed.
