Responsibilities

Source, recruit, and screen candidates for open positions

Conduct phone interviews and candidate assessments

Proactively build talent pipelines through job boards, networking, referrals, and social media

Make outbound recruiting calls to engage passive and active candidates

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

Maintain candidate records and recruiting activity within company systems

Build strong relationships with candidates and clients

Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify hard-to-find talent

Manage multiple requisitions while meeting hiring deadlines

Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications

Previous recruiting, staffing, sales, or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting phone interviews

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven

Ability to think outside the box and solve problems creatively

Experience with recruiting platforms, job boards, and social media recruiting is a plus

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer applications
