Our client, the world’s number one streaming entertainment platform is seeking a contract project-based JR. TALENT OPERATIONS ANALYST to help the Recruiting team. The ideal candidate understands the importance of the challenges, and is a high performer to strive to be effective.
This is a remote 6-month contract, and W2 hourly rate through Talent Table. We offer medical and dental benefits, paid sick days as needed. You ideally must be available to work remotely in LOS ANGELES and authorized to work without sponsorship. No H1Bs.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

- YOU'RE A DATA GATEKEEPER- You'll work with cross functional teams to maintain our systems to support data access, integrity and workflows and conduct regular cleansings
- YOU INTIMATELY KNOW OUR SYSTEMS-You configure and maintain our systems to meet requirements and test enhancements for quality assurance

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- 2-3 years of Recruiting or HR operations experience, prefer Lever (ATS) experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a strong level of communication
- Experience supporting an Animation studio a plus
