    Our rapidly growing team is looking for a Local Financial Reporting Manager. The Local Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports for the local business unit. This position will ensure that all financial reporting is accurate and timely, and that all financial reporting requirements are met. The Local Financial Reporting Manager will also provide guidance and support to the local business unit on financial reporting matters.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for the local business unit.
    • Ensure that all financial reporting requirements are met.
    • Provide guidance and support to the local business unit on financial reporting matters.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance of the local business unit.
    • Develop and maintain financial reporting systems and processes.
    • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
    • Liaise with external auditors and other stakeholders.
    • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
    • Identify and implement process improvements.
    • Provide training and support to other team members.

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
    • CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
    • Understanding in SOX compliance and working with both internal and external auditors.
    • Have worked for reputable publicly traded organizations.
    • Experience working with a geographically dispersed workforce.
    • 5+ years of experience in financial reporting.
    • Knowledge of local and international accounting standards.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
