    Job Summary:

    We are currently seeking an experienced System Administrator to join our IT team in San Diego, to provide administration and support for our NetSuite environment, 3rd Party Management, Helpdesk Support, and Item/Product DBA Maintenance. This role reports to the IT/Operations Manager and will work closely with key business and technology stakeholders to optimize our NetSuite platform and maintain current integrations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform day-to-day operation, maintenance, and support tasks for all NetSuite applications and devices
    • Perform or manage 3rd party vendors on building and management of scripts, workflow
    • DBA to the extent of SKU maintenance and UPC management to GS1 Standards
    • Helpdesk support for Mac OS/Windows OS (90/10 Split of Mac vs Windows)
    • Network support, wireless and wire, VOIP
    • Propose system design/enhancements based on problems and product requirements
    • Develop and create customized reports and dashboards for designated users and roles
    • Act as subject matter expert on NetSuite functionality and system design
    • Work with business stakeholders to analyze the needs of the business and support their optimized use of NetSuite
    • Maintain user access, roles and rights
    • Support user requests for new searches, reports, KPI’s and dashboards
    • Perform configuration, change management and testing activities, as required
    • Manage all NetSuite Software enhancements, integrations, and customizations
    • Create and maintain documentation of the system and business processes

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of NetSuite Administrative experience required
    • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field is preferred
    • NetSuite administrator certification is preferred
    • 2+ years Helpdesk supporting mix of Mac/Windows OS
    • EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), PLM (Product Line Management), DAM (Digital Asset Management) experience preferred
    • Attention to detail and accuracy

    • Dependable and independent work ethic
    • Reliable remote internet connection
    • Has experience with 2 or more of the following platforms: NetSuite, SuitePeople (HR Mgmt), Shopify Plus (eCommerce), eZcom (EDI), Celigo (API integration), Centric (PLM), RF-Smart (WMS), Expensify, G Suite (Email and file storage), Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Dropbox
