We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Human Resources Operations Manager to guide and administer our HR systems, programs, processes and policies while acting as the point person while supporting our employees for all HR matters.

The HR Operations Manager will be responsible for the vision, planning, coordination and project management of an appropriate human resources management system (HRMS) for our organization. This role will be accountable for ensuring continuity and successful delivery of functional HR services to users throughout the organization and will be responsible for analyzing and operationalizing all functional related activities within the scope of the HRMS.

You will

· Manage the day-to-day activities to support the HR and Payroll functions for Mulligan Funding.

· Research, recommend and implement a new HRMS – Human Resource Management System for Mulligan Funding.

· Prepare, oversee and continually update the Human Resources department budget.

· Ensure that the org chart is always up-to-date.

· Update and maintain the Employee Handbook

· Design and implement company policies while improving existing policies.

· Serve as an intermediary between managers and employees to resolve work-related problems.

· Assist with all employee relations, grievances, case management and reporting.

· Manager disability accommodations and leave of absence return to work issues.

· Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

You have

· A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· A minimum of 3 years of proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager capacity.

· Experience designing compensation and benefits packages.

· Tested knowledge of labor law, compliance, federal, state and local HR laws & regulations.

· The ability to demonstrate empathy and have experience driving diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives (DE&I).

· Effective communication skills with all levels of the business.

· Proven ability to build trust and manage difficult situations while working in a high-functioning environment.

· A sleeves rolled-up approach to Human Resources management where you will perform all types and levels of work to support and be an active part of our overall organization’s success.

You may have

· Human resources and coaching/management certifications.

· A deep knowledge or hands on experience with the best of breed HRMS tools.

· Experience in the financial services sector which is a huge plus!
