We are seeking a driven and dedicated Human Resources Manager to help influence the success of our staff while providing office operational support to our award-winning healthcare practice. Responsibilities:
- Provide full function HR support including recruitment, onboarding, new-hire orientation, benefits administration, LOA’s, payroll, and HR compliance
- Manages the payroll function and processes to ensure the accurate and timely processing of the payrolls
- Coordinates on-boarding, and in support, conducts orientation and training programs and provides the necessary admin support
- Promote positive employee relations and communication
- Provide daily HR support to employees and resolve day-to-day questions and issues
- Maintain a safe, secure and pleasant working environment
- Administer benefits programs such as life, health, and dental insurance, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance
- Coordinate workplace training sessions on HR policies
- Maintain relevant HR systems and records, such as the electronic time and attendance system, the HRIS database and personnel files
- Manage regulatory filings and processes to ensure compliance with federal and state law
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Manage schedules, calendars and appointments
- Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
- Assist with other administrative duties as required (maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands)
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
- Engage employees and promote operational excellence
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of full function Human Resources experience, including payroll
- 2+ years of Office Management
- Bilingual Mandarin Chinese preferred
- BA Degree in HR or related preferred
- Strong HRIS experience and proficient with Paycom (or similar program)
- Great leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent time-management skills and string ability to make key decisions
