We are partnered with an outstanding organization seeking a talented and driven Sr. HR Operations Manager (direct hire basis) to help support the executive leaders of a progressive organization.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide professional support in the following areas; Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Benefits, Legal Compliance, Onboarding, Training and Development, Compensation Analysis and overall HR Operations.
- Help improve policy management, legal compliance and attend seminars and conferences as needed to stay ahead of new policies and regulations.
- Develop, train and empower the HR and Operations teams and maintain aligning with company core values.
- Stay consistent with employee recognition programs and strategies to build overall employee morale.
- Create and monitor key HR Metrics for HR team.
- Create, plan, and administer various HR & Recruiting projects.
- Leads resolution of employee relations' issues and conducts investigations as necessary
- Assists the Head of HR in supporting corporate-wide Human Resources objectives and initiatives.
- Handle performance management trainings and meeting.
- Management of ticketing system to address urgent/non urgent items daily.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of professional HR experience (3+ in Management)
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field
- Experience working with an HRIS
- PHR certification or equivalent HR certification required
- Outstanding process implementation experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and solid business acumen
