    Working with notable non-profit and education companies is a strong passion of ours at TalentCount Inc. and, we are excited to be partnering with a well-known organization in southern California to help with an exciting (and large) recruitment project!

    We are currently looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition / Recruiter that will be performing sourcing and full-cycle recruitment for several openings in California. Having experience in sourcing, interviewing, and recruiting in a high-volume environment is greatly helpful. We are an incredibly fun, energetic, and productive group looking to find new teammates to help accomplish our goals for our summer growth!

    **This is a fully remote (WFH) contract assignment for 2-3 months. Immediate availability to start is required.

    Core Job Duties:

    • Handle a high volume of positions by actively sourcing candidates on various platforms and databases (including Indeed, Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn, Job Fairs etc.).
    • Build a strong pipeline of candidates, using proactive sourcing techniques, ATS database, social media, industry networking, targeted job postings, internet research and cold calling.
    • Builds and maintains relationships with hiring managers to help determine manpower needs and execute recruitment strategy.
    • Develops a thorough understanding of the marketplace in which we recruit and establish networks.
    • Utilizes direct sourcing, internet recruiting, networking, employee referrals and creative sourcing expertise to identify qualified candidates.
    • Prepare offer letters and maintain candidate records and requisitions in ATS.
    • Become the primary advocate for candidates, leading them through the entire recruitment process.
    • Ensures compliance with all state and federal laws/regulations regarding selection and on-boarding.

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years’ experience in recruiting / talent acquisition in a high-volume environment is preferred 
    • Experience in the non-profit or education field is a plus
    • Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required
    • Excellent candidate sourcing skills
    • Experience with all major job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, etc.)
    • Proficiency with ATS systems
    • Solid knowledge of basic HR laws and regulations as they pertain to the hiring process preferred.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
