We are currently seeking an innovative and versatile<strong> Operations Manager</strong> to help launch and execute a new brand for a well-recognized and flourishing company in the restaurant industry! This is a direct hire opportunity.</p><p><strong>Core Duties</strong></p><ul><li>Spearhead the design and implementation of new brand concept for franchises across the US, with the backing of the established parent company.</li><li>Develop and execute strategy and operational initiatives to support current and future business growth in accordance with the brand. </li><li>Analyze all aspects of restaurant operations including sales and performance metrics as well as brand standards. </li><li>Collaborate with executive team to create and monitor operational and financial goals.</li><li>Analyze operations evaluations to create, manager and improve restaurant procedures.</li><li>Be fully versed in P&L analyzation and have strong business acumen.</li><li>Recruit, train and manage store teams to ensure operational success.</li><li>Keeps updated information regarding the stores, vendors, procedures and internal communications between stores and corporate.</li><li>Assists with marketing ideas and concepts to consider for store demographics. </li><li>Works alongside the Compliance Manager to manage, create, and improve procedures and remediate issues uncovered during compliance audits.</li><li>Provides feedback to the Training Department to improve or develop training processes, procedures, and tools.</li><li>Works closely with corporate managers in Human Resources to provide materials related to write-ups, conversations, and performance meetings with Associates.</li><li>Commits to providing and executing excellent customer service.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of management & restaurant/brand operations experience</li><li>New brand launch experience is a big plus</li><li>Diverse functional knowledge of restaurant concepts, procedures, and practices</li><li>Bachelor's Degree preferred </li><li>ServSafe certificate preferred</li><li>QRS and retail management experience is preferred</li><li>Strong business acumen with P&L and forecasting skills</li><li>Outstanding interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial spirit and emotional intelligence</li><li>Must be highly organized, professional, and an effective communicator across various departments and leadership levels</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365: Teams, Planner, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook</li><li>Must be able to travel 10-50%; Monday through Sunday</li></ul>
