We are currently seeking an innovative and versatile Operations Manager to help launch and execute a new brand for a well-recognized and flourishing company in the restaurant industry! This is a direct hire opportunity.
Core Duties
- Spearhead the design and implementation of new brand concept for franchises across the US, with the backing of the established parent company.
- Develop and execute strategy and operational initiatives to support current and future business growth in accordance with the brand.
- Analyze all aspects of restaurant operations including sales and performance metrics as well as brand standards.
- Collaborate with executive team to create and monitor operational and financial goals.
- Analyze operations evaluations to create, manager and improve restaurant procedures.
- Be fully versed in P&L analyzation and have strong business acumen.
- Recruit, train and manage store teams to ensure operational success.
- Keeps updated information regarding the stores, vendors, procedures and internal communications between stores and corporate.
- Assists with marketing ideas and concepts to consider for store demographics.
- Works alongside the Compliance Manager to manage, create, and improve procedures and remediate issues uncovered during compliance audits.
- Provides feedback to the Training Department to improve or develop training processes, procedures, and tools.
- Works closely with corporate managers in Human Resources to provide materials related to write-ups, conversations, and performance meetings with Associates.
- Commits to providing and executing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- 5+ years of management & restaurant/brand operations experience
- New brand launch experience is a big plus
- Diverse functional knowledge of restaurant concepts, procedures, and practices
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- ServSafe certificate preferred
- QRS and retail management experience is preferred
- Strong business acumen with P&L and forecasting skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial spirit and emotional intelligence
- Must be highly organized, professional, and an effective communicator across various departments and leadership levels
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365: Teams, Planner, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Must be able to travel 10-50%; Monday through Sunday
