    We are partnered with a growing organization seeking a Human Resources Business Partner. The HR business partner (HRBP) is in charge of matching business goals with employees and management. The HRBP will act as a consultant to management on human resources concerns. The successful HRBP will serve as an employee advocate and a change agent. The HRBP creates partnerships throughout the HR function to provide value-added services to management and employees that match the organization's business objectives.     **This is a direct-hire position.

    Core Duties:

    • Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures recommending plan revision as well as new plans which are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives; coordinates implementation and provides guidance to management.

    • Facilitates meetings amongst members of the business unit.

    • Collaborates with business units to source, interview, and fill available roles.

    • Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.

    • Collaborates closely with leadership and employees to boost employee engagement, morale, diversity and inclusion, productivity, and retention.

    • Collaboration with management on Talent Management processes (goals, performance, development, and succession planning) to ensure that employees' levels of performance and capabilities meet current and future requirements.

    • Provide Salary Recommendations for new hires, transfers, demotions.

    • Responsible for the development and delivery and management of Compensation plans and programs to include pay grades, salary, annual wage surveys.

    • Develops techniques for compiling, preparing, and presenting data.

    • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and regulatory standards & laws governing the compensation programs

    • Lead analysis and conduct programs for specific areas, such as position classifications and pay studies for exempt and nonexempt.

    • Work with the Learning and Development Director to design and facilitate employee training sessions, as well as evaluate and assess the efficacy of training programs.

    • Respond to negative exit interviews, escalating if necessary.

    • Determine patterns that may have an influence on organizational objectives and/or operational resources. Interpret applicable laws and rules and provide relevant advice to management and employees.

    What we’re looking for:

    • At least 5 yrs HR-related experience.

    • Minimum of 2-5 years experience handling and/or assisting with employee relation issues.

    • Minimum of 3-5 years working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including HR consulting, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, staffing, employee relations, diversity, performance management, federal and state employment laws.

    • HR experience in financial services preferred.

    • Experience supporting multiple lines of business and locations

    • HRCI PHR or SPHR, and SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP designation preferred but not required.
