This position is responsible for implementing, managing, and continuously improving our compensation and benefits program. Assures thorough audits, reports, and personal contact that company compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations.

    **This is a direct-hire full-time opportunity.**

    Core Duties:

    • Responsible for the development and delivery and management of Compensation Plans.
    • and programs to include pay grades, salary, annual wage surveys.
    • Ensure and design programs meeting budgetary parameters, put in a market competitive position, and deliver high service levels.
    • Research, analyze and make recommendations regarding emerging compensation practices.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines and procedures recommending plan revision as well as new plans which are cost effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives; coordinates implementation and provides guidance to management.
    • Tie performance to the compensation programs and work with management on Rewards & Recognition.
    • Oversee respective budgets.
    • Conduct disparate treatment analysis.
    • Facilitate compliance and regulatory matters under Compensation.
    • Provide Salary Recommendations for new hires, transfers, demotions.
    • Training organization on the compensation programs.
    • Provides advice to management on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretation and job evaluation including the design of creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs.
    • Manages the administration of direct compensation (executive, exempt and nonexempt compensation programs) for the company including the processing, recording and reporting of compensation-related actions taken on salaried employees.
    • Develops techniques for compiling, preparing and presenting data.
    • Ensure compliance with all federal, state and regulatory standards & laws governing the compensation programs
    • Lead analysis and conduct programs for specific areas, such as position classifications and pay studies for exempt and nonexempt.
    • Establish HR metrics and reports to monitor the company’s benefit and compensation programs
    • Responsible for participating in compensation surveys, completing and maintaining job documentation (job descriptions) and perform job analysis.
    • Administer deferred compensation, long-term incentives, merit increase planning and systems, bonus and educating others on compensation plans and policies.
    • Compensation Administration – expertise in all aspects of compensation administration including market analysis, survey surveys, pay structure development, job analysis, job descriptions, and job evaluation (ranking, factor comparison, points methods). Developed and manage reward and recognition programs.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors Degree in HR or equivalent in Business
    • 5-7+ years Human Resources with Compensation required
    • Excellent analytical and research skills
    • Exceptionally detail-oriented while remaining focused on the big picture
    • Independent thinker and keen ability to problem solve make daily decisions that will keep the company in compliance with federal and state laws and protect the company from unnecessary litigation.
