    Job Description

    We are partnered with an exciting & growing organization to find a dynamic ACCOUNT COORDINATOR / CUSTOMER SUPPORT REP to join the team!

    Our loyal customer base is our top priority and the Account Coordinator / Customer Support Rep will focus on retaining our customer base and supporting our internal operations and Sr. Account Management.     CORE DUTIES

    • Work closely with our account managers to provide a first-class customer service experience to all new and existing customers.
    • Manage assigned clients and leads to determine needs with the help our of team
    • Stay current with all our offerings of products and services.
    • Handle purchase orders and ensure product availability.
    • Perform product demonstrations and offer detailed information.
    • Ensures accurate, on-time delivery of all customer orders.
    • Tracks all issues, errors, and returns and ensure all issues, errors, and returns are completely closed or resolved.
    • Works in conjunction with other departments (logistics, procurements, production) to resolve customer disputes and demonstrates the ability to become proficient in the use of proprietary operational system.
    • Interacts with customers and employees to determine service requirements and resolve problems or complaints.

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum 4 years' experience within a customer support/account coordinator position, preferably within an order fulfillment role in the manufacturing industry.
    • A bachelor's degree is a plus.
    • Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Email preferred. Typing and 10-key skills are required.
    • Must excel at communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external colleagues and customers.
    • Great attitude and positive demeanor.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
