    We are excited to be partnered with a growing company in the Costa Mesa, CA area seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for performing HR and recruiting-related tasks that promote great relationships with hiring managers and candidates. You will work to promote a culture of growth and progress in this position and help identify passive and actively seeking candidates to fill our growing headcount!

    This is a direct hire position. We are a very collaborative team and enjoy an onsite workculture (Irvine, CA).

    Core Duties:

    • Work closely with management on all diversity initiatives involving recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practice
    • Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality and salary requirements
    • Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs
    • Work with Talent Acquisition Manager and Hiring Managers to ensure a seamless interview experience for all candidates
    • Meet with Human Resources to have a full-scale understanding of hiring needs and available positions within the company
    • Facilitate candidate assessments following interviews, soliciting feedback, coordinating decision meetings, etc
    • Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
    • Ensure compliance with all hiring policies, practices, and employment laws
    • Oversee and promote intern programs including onboarding, training, staffing, and coaching of interns
    • Other HR duties as assigned

    What we’re looking for:

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • 3-5+ years of progressive experience in HR and Talent Acquisition
    • Experience with hard-to-fill openings
    • Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates
    • Proficient experience using Linkedin to source for top talents
    • Previous experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies
    • Strong relationship building skills and emotional intelligence
