    **Hybrid position but needs to be onsite 3 days a week

    CORE DUTIES

    • Provides a first-class customer service experience to all new and existing B2B customers with upbeat and compassionate support via phone, email, and chat.
    • Works with Customer Service Supervisor and team to develop and deliver skills that enable effective communication and partnership between the warehouse and other departments.
    • Performs efficient and accurate Order Entry.
    • Ensures accurate, on-time delivery of all customer orders.
    • Tracks all issues, errors, and returns and ensure all issues, errors, and returns are completely closed or resolved.
    • Works in conjunction with other departments to resolve customer disputes and demonstrates the ability to become proficient in the use of the proprietary operational system.
    • Interacts with customers and employees to determine service requirements and resolve problems or complaints.

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum 2 years' experience within a customer support position, preferably within an order entry or order fulfillment role in the manufacturing industry.
    • B2B experience highly preferred.
    • Light accounting (invoicing) is a plus
    • Some college preferred, HS Diploma or GED required.
    • Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Email preferred. Typing and 10-key skills are required.
    • Must excel at communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external colleagues and customers.
    • Great attitude and positive demeanor.
