    We are partnered with a stable and exciting company seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join the team! The HR Manager will be responsible in various aspects of human resources.The role involves overseeing turnover, recruitment, payroll, and benefits administration. Responsibilities also include fostering positive employee relations, monitoring compliance with legal obligations, Unemployment, and other employment laws. He/she will also play a crucial role in prioritizing safety, ensuring that team members receive training on company safety policies and procedures, and promoting a safety culture throughout the location.

    *This is a direct hire and onsite position in Albuquerque, NM. It will require 1 day/night of travel once per month.

    Core Duties:

    • Turnover Management: Create and execute strategies aimed at efficiently managing employee turnover, identifying factors contributing to attrition, and devising retention initiatives to retain a skilled and talented workforce.
    • Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process to attract and hire qualified candidates for various positions within the company, collaborating with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and conducting interviews.
    • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits administration, including managing employee inquiries and resolving related issues.
    • Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations and address employee concerns and grievances in a fair and impartial manner, promoting a harmonious work environment.
    • Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with all legal obligations related to human resources, including but not limited to FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers' Compensation, Unemployment, and other employment laws.
    • Safety Management: Prioritize safety as a key focus for the organization by overseeing safety programs and ensuring that all employees are trained on company safety policies and procedures. Emphasize a culture of safety throughout the location.

    What we’re looking for:

    • Minimum 3 years of managing all functions of HR independently (5+ years of general HR experience preferred).
    • Bachelor's degree is highly preferred; HR certification is a plus.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
    • Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations..
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Preferably well-versed in campus recruitment, adept at utilizing social media platforms, and familiar with job boards such as Indeed and Snagajob, especially for positions in hourly production.
