    For our internal team, we are seeking a dedicated, ambitious, and passionate Talent Scout (Recruiter) that will help support the recruiting and staffing needs of our valuable client base. The Talent Scout / Recruiter will be performing full-cycle recruitment with our proven system to source, recruiting and hire HR talent. The Talent Scout / Recruiter will be responsible for the support and execution of nationwide external recruiting efforts. This opportunity for someone that is unafraid of thinking outside the box and effectively utilizing our New Age Tools to identify passive and actively seeking candidates on various databases!     A day in the life….

    • Actively source and recruit for HR candidates on various platforms and databases (including Indeed, Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Build a strong pipeline of candidates, using proactive sourcing techniques, ATS database, social media, industry networking, targeted job postings, and internet research.
    • Commit to an overwhelmingly positive client and candidate experience ensuring our service is genuine, on target, and successful.
    • Provide dedicated support to our internal Talent Managers to determine and execute recruitment strategy.
    • Develop a thorough understanding of the marketplace in which we recruit and establish networks.
    • Utilize direct sourcing, internet recruiting, networking, employee referrals and creative sourcing expertise to identify qualified candidates.
    • Prepare offer letters and maintain candidate records and requisitions in ATS.
    • Become the primary advocate for candidates, leading them through the entire recruitment process.
    • Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws/regulations regarding selection and onboarding.

    What we’re looking for:

    • 2+ years’ experience in sourcing / recruiting / talent acquisition
    • Experience recruiting for human resources roles is preferred
    • A College degree is preferred but not required
    • Unwavering positive attitude and genuine interest in being a team player (this is not a solo contributor type of role)
    • Creative thinker – willing to try new methods with an open mind
    • Excellent ability to pick up new programs, tools, and systems
    • Experience with all major job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, etc.)
    • Proficiency with ATS systems (Crelate), intermediate to advanced skills with MS Word, and familiar with project management apps (Trello, Asana, etc.)
    • Solid knowledge of basic HR laws and regulations as they pertain to the hiring process preferred.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
