    We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner that will perform full cycle recruitment from strategy to sourcing to offer. We need someone that is unafraid of thinking outside the box to identify passive and suitable candidates on various databases to align them with our mission.

    Core Job Duties

    • Develop the most effective recruiting channels and methods to support current and future workforce needs.
    • Build relationships with passive candidates and diverse corporate hiring managers.
    • Actively source candidates on various platforms and databases.
    • Filter applications, screen candidates and recommend next steps.
    • Provide HR talent acquisition consultation to hiring business leaders to develop and execute a recruitment strategy to support the talent business needs.
    • Provide coaching and guidance to hiring managers on interview techniques and best practices.
    • Build a strong pipeline of candidates, using proactive sourcing techniques, ATS database, social media, industry networking, targeted job postings, internet research and cold calling.
    • Develop partnerships with recruiting channels (ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, etc.) and develop programs to support the employment branding and talent acquisition efforts.
    • Provide compensation analytics and recommend data-driven salary offers and competitive total compensation packages.
    • Prepare offer letters and maintain candidate records and requisitions in ATS.
    • Coordinate onboarding with HR Coordinators.
    • Create an excellent candidate experience by exploring their needs and career plans
    • Become the primary advocate for candidates, leading them through the entire recruitment process.

    Requirements

    • 2-3+ years’ experience in Human Resources
    • At least 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced internal corporate setting
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
    • Experience with all major job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, etc.)
    • Proficiency with ATS systems
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
