    We are thrilled to be partnered with an exciting & growing company in the HVAC services industry. We are currently looking for a Corporate HR Manager. This Corporate HR Manager is responsible for providing leadership and is in charge of all Human Resources activities for the company's corporate functions, which include Finance and Accounting, Information Technology, Legal, Sales and Marketing, Human Resources, and Corporate Operations. This role collaborates with Team Members on implementation of HR processes, providing strategic direction as well as tactical implementation of HR initiatives.

    *This is a direct hire position. On site.

    Core Duties:

    • Manage and mentor, providing development and supporting partnerships with Teammates and local leadership.

    • Provide advice and guidance to local leadership on the interpretation of HR policies as they relate to the Teammates and Company objectives.

    • Work in partnership with department heads in determining required people resources, training needs, and identification of leadership talent.

    • Monitor all compensation and wage administration programs for equity and consistency.

    • Manages and resolves issues relating to employee relations. Investigates in an efficient, thorough, and objective manner.

    • Provides HR policy interpretation and consultation.

    • Point person for customer related employee matters (e.g., review special requirements, respond to subpoenas, etc.).

    • Guidance and input on business unit restructures, staff planning, and succession planning are provided.

    • Assists with the onboarding and offboarding of new employees as needed.

    • Liaison with HR departments such as Payroll, Benefits, and Safety, among others.

    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    What we’re looking for:

    • At least 7 years of experience in all facets of HR.

    • Bachelor's degree preferred.

    • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures.

    • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, vendors, and employees.

    • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

    • Be able to interpret an extensive variety of instructions with several abstract and concrete variables.

    • Have strong analytical and communication skills with proven ability to work within the framework of the Team. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
