    Marketing / Social Media Manager

    We are seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing / Social Media Manager! The unique person will act as the primary point of contact and engagement for our brand and organization. Responsible for the development, deployment, and maintenance of marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive incremental value. Leveraging data to inform decisions will be key in this role. This is a leadership role within the organization without direct reports.

    This role will require extreme collaboration with internal partners and external resources to effectively manage, optimize and drive significant growth. The marketing manager must have the ability to operate on both a strategic and tactical level with a desire to drive efficient campaign results through the use of data analysis and testing.

    Core Duties:

    • Handle campaign segmentation, performance reporting, marketing attribution, and identify trend lines, data-based decision making, testing, and reporting.
    • Collaborate with Owners in the development of the marketing campaign calendar, overlaying initiatives, seasonality, and unique priorities.
    • Development of all campaign goals and prioritizations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, deliver and execute successful marketing campaigns (Email, Print, Paid Media, SMS, Etc.) and measure ROI.
    • Consult with third-party vendors and agencies on tactics and metrics to maximize product merchandising and content distribution tactics to maximize sales and services via website and other online platforms.
    • Conduct regular merchandising audits on all featured digital properties to ensure product, description, pricing, and accuracy of mapped solutions. Make recommendations for updates and revise as needed.
    • Work closely with the company's agency team and platform providers to continuously improve the online experience.
    • Coordinate and post responses to consumer on-line reviews (Yelp, etc.)
    • Monitor marketing efforts of key competitors to inform and refine marketing strategy.
    • Project manage multiple assignments that include the creation of project plans and creative briefs, and collaborate with creative agency as needed on graphics to deliver content work product
    • Leverage Marketing Database and customer relationship management (CRM) systems to drive segmentation decisions.
    • Monitor and budget marketing campaign initiatives for a positive ROI
    • Research and evaluate segments, market behavior, trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
    • Manage daily, weekly and monthly account performance reporting and analysis.
    • Leverage a "test, measure and refine" approach to consistently improve program results and increase the impact of online marketing for acquisition and profitability.
    • Ensure all marketing campaigns are on-brand and OEM compliant.
    • Manage the OEM approval process and co-op edibility requirements.
    • Manage all OEM fund management and reimbursements. Oversee co-op utilization, including collecting documents for submission, submitting, & monitoring claims
    • Manage corporate events

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or related field is required.
    • 2-5 years of digital marketing experience.
    • Excellent analytical skills and attention-to-detail coupled with strong communication skills and the ability to excel in a low structure, innovative and high accountability culture while embracing change and growth.
    • Broad experience in planning, organizing and strong time-management skills.
    • Outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written).
    • Prior account management experience and well-developed negotiation skills (internal/external).
    • Deeply analytical and able to drive analysis based on facts and performance data to deliver improvements.
    • Experience in establishing and improving operational processes and monitoring effectiveness.
    • Experience in compiling operational reports and analyzing trends.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills – proven ability to build and expand relationships (internal / external).
    • Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
    • Thrives on change and able to handle pressure while maintaining consistent behavior.
