    We are partnered with a growing and exciting company seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join the team! The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting and implementing strategic initiatives to attract top talent. Along with supporting a variety of HR duties, this position also handles employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, onboarding, offboarding, reporting, audits, and other projects as assigned.

    *This is a direct hire and onsite position in Brisbane, CA.

    Core Duties:

    • Talent Acquisition:

      • Design and implement strategies for sourcing and acquiring talent to meet current and future business needs.

      • Execute recruitment, staffing, and retention processes aligned with business objectives.

      • Collaborate with hiring managers to update and create job descriptions, continually assessing the effectiveness of recruiting initiatives.

    • Onboarding & Integration:

      • Manage a comprehensive and effective employee onboarding process, including orientation and team member integration.

      • Maintain staffing reports and perform data analysis to identify trends and provide recommendations.

    • Employee Relations & Support:

      • Provide excellent internal customer service for employee requests, questions, and concerns.

      • Serve as a liaison between employees and management, maintaining strict confidentiality.

      • Offer guidance and support to managers on disciplinary issues, conduct investigations, and recommend appropriate actions.

      • Document disciplinary proceedings while ensuring confidentiality and sensitivity to employee privacy.

    • Process Improvement & Compliance:

      • Evaluate and improve internal processes and documents, suggesting potential revisions.

      • Stay current with all state, federal, local, and benefits laws to ensure timely compliance.

      • Provide full-cycle support for all worker’s compensation claims.

      • Assist in rolling out the annual review process.

    • Benefits Administration:

      • Administer health plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.

      • Process required documents through payroll for accurate record-keeping and deductions.

      • Maintain data in the company’s HRIS (ADP Workforce Now).

      • Correct time and attendance errors in ADP before each payroll run.

    • Employee Engagement:

      • Develop and implement programs and initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee morale.

    • Audits & Reporting:

      • Conduct departmental audits on employee files, benefits, and ADP data as necessary.

      • Maintain accurate reporting and data analysis to support HR functions.

    • Special Projects:

      • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Human Resources Manager.

    What we’re looking for:

    • BS/BA Degree is a must.

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources.

    • At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment

    • Spanish bilingual is a plus

    • Experience using an HRIS (ADP Workforce Now preferred).

    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with a high level of skill in Excel and Word.

    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

    • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
