We are partnered with a stable and growing company seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Supervisor. The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will lead a small Talent Acquisition team in developing and executing recruiting plans which includes forecasting, sourcing, and hiring. The Talent Acquisition Supervisor is a brand advocate for the company and ensures the candidate and hiring managers have a positive experience throughout the recruiting process.
**This is a Direct Hire opportunity with an on-site model (not hybrid or remote). The location is in the North Orange County area.
Core Duties:
Oversee the Talent Acquisition team that provides full-cycle recruiting for the company’s open positions: advertise, screen, interview and assess candidates to ensure that only qualified candidates are presented to hiring managers
Identify, align, and execute talent acquisition strategies that drive best practices in sourcing and recruiting for a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Execute a full-cycle recruiting process and provide guidance on the process to the TA team.
Ensures processes drive a positive candidate experience and effectively promote and champion the company brand
Develop sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates
Oversee and roll out various training and workshops in support of on-going talent development needs of various hiring managers
Determine and manage recruiting KPIs for the TA team and present reports to upper management
Stay abreast of hiring trends and provide suggestions to improve overall recruitment objectives of the organization
What we are looking for:
At least 2+ years of supervisory/managerial experience within Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
5-7+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
Manufacturing industry experience is preferred
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
College degree preferred but not required
Previous experience working with an ATS system
Strong passion for recruitment with exceptional interpersonal skills and people management experience
Deep understanding of the recruiting lifecycle and process and how to best optimize for effectiveness and efficiency
Strong emotional intelligence
The ability to stay highly organized and multi-task while maintaining great attention to detail.
