    Position Overview
    The Paraplanner in our firm will ideally be an experienced and securities-licensed individual who can participate in all phases of the services we offer to our clients. You will be responsible for supporting our primary advisor in several key areas, including: meeting preparation and attendance, data gathering and analysis, development of financial planning recommendations, implementation, complex case research and resolution, and overall client service. Additionally, there will be duties around reporting, operations, and anything else that may help to move the business forward. You enjoy high visibility within client relationships. You will be incredibly detailed and organized and able to keep all the balls in the air, no matter what shifts occur. An attractive compensation and benefits package awaits the successful candidate.

    Position Requirements

    • Four-year college degree required
    • 1+ years’ experience in financial service industry highly preferred
    • Series 7/63/65 securities license highly preferred; or able to obtain within 90 days
    • Knowledge of Broker Dealer and Investment Advisory Regulations a plus
    • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent telephone manner
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
    • Ability to multi-task, organize, and manage multiple detailed tasks under deadline in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong attention to detail, problem solving, and analytical skills
