ABOUT US:

With industry expertise in-house, we understand our client's needs as well as the industry challenges. Our goal is to strategically partner with hiring managers in the Biotech, Pharma and Medical Device space to provide the most targeted searches possible while providing a customer experience second to none.

AS A CLINICAL RECRUITER, YOU WILL:

• Identify, source, and recruit qualified Biometrics candidates for assigned positions.
• Manage a pipeline of candidates within Biometrics areas; develop and execute recruiting plans to identify and recruit candidates with skills matching hiring needs; establish relationships with candidates to facilitate process.
• Implement a variety of strategies to recruit both passive and active candidates.
• Effectively conduct technical screens to ensure candidate eligibility for positions.
• Follow a systematic daily process of connecting with candidates over the phone, via email, LinkedIn, etc. 
• Provide innovative recommendations for new strategies to develop geographical markets and uncover candidates for specified positions.
• Utilize CRM/Database to ensure candidate records are updated and notated properly, with outreach plan set.

SKILLS:

• 2+ years of demonstrated success in a recruiting role. Prior experience within Clinical is not required.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills. 
• Results-driven with a sense of urgency.
• Thorough understanding of recruiting processes.
