Senior Tax Accountant

 Years of Experience: 4-5 years (public accounting firm) 

Location: Irvine, CA

Shift: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, Hours Flexible 

Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000 + Perks & Benefits 

About Client

Our client is a full-service accounting, tax, and business advisory firm, providing services to clients in a wide variety of industries in Southern California such as real estate, manufacturing, distribution, retail, technology, professional services, franchising, and non-profit, in addition to performing several 401(k) audits.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years tax experience at a public accounting firm
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• Licensed CPA or in process of obtaining.
• Capable of supervising tax team for complex tax engagements.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with managers, and partners on tax, review, and compilation engagements
• Assist the team in ensuring that all engagements are run efficiently, effectively, on time, and on budget.
• Develop an understanding of clients’ business transactions toward tax implications.
• Effectively communicate and work efficiently with team members and client contacts.
