    What you’ll do: As a Business Development Specialist you’ll prospect, pitch, qualify and help close client companies on our services.

    Prospect, Pitch, Qualify and Close

    • Build prospect pipelines with target companies

    • Plan multi point outreach

    • Nurture prospects via email campaigns, social media, calls and meetings

    • Conduct discovery with prospective buyers and create next steps including scheduling meetings for further qualification

    • Negotiate. One thing you will learn is a new way to negotiate, the comfortable way

    • Convert leads into customers and repeat

    Career Track: This position usually lasts anywhere from 12 to 18 months (sometimes less) with this person moving into leading a small team of business development specialist or moving into the Account Executive or TAC ranks. TalentRobot is a small startup that will receive its first round of funding 2020-2021. We are looking for leaders that want to make away for themselves and own a part of this business.
