This person is responsible for building relationships with top talent. Also responsible for successfully searching and leveraging strategic processes to tap into untapped talent pools.
The selected candidate will start remotely but will be working on site as per company policy once the offices open. Candidates are required to be in the local area.
QUALIFIED CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES:
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or equivalent area.
Two (2) years of related experience in sourcing/recruiting.
Multitasking ability to source for corporate or technical executives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
