OVERVIEW

The Career Services Manager will be responsible for overall student placements. He/She/They will work in close collaboration with the US Tech Corporations, program sponsor, TechWise students and TalentSprint’s global leadership team to ensure that all program outcomes are met and exceeded. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the placement and internship function of the Company 

• KRAs (Key Responsibility Area) will be in driving quality (premium jobs) and quantity (high placement ratio) in placements 

• Crafting and executing a strategy to achieve KRAs  

• Building strong relationships with Product Companies, SIs, Startups etc.

• Self-driven individual keen to impact in areas of Diversity and Talent Pipeline for the Industry 

• Provide market driven insights for program development, enhancement and improvements

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• Eligibility: Graduate with 3+ years of relevant placements experience

• Work Experience: 

  • Experience in career services/placements will be preferred

  • Experience in managing premium placements at scale will be an added advantage

  • Working knowledge of modern Digital and Social Marketing platforms

  • Strong networking skills
