    Job Description

    Established in 2016, TalentTank Recruiting is a specialized recruitment company focused on the junction of technology, business, and all things cutting edge. We are a partner of exciting, entrepreneurial businesses - we are an extension of their operations. Our team is looking to talk to highly skilled and sales-motivated recruiters who want to help us build this business - we may be boutique, but we’ve earned the trust of many of Toronto’s best places to work!

     The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, with agency recruitment experience and at least 3 years of progressive experience in the industry. You’ll ideally be well accustomed to Toronto’s tech scene and have technical recruitment experience. The ideal candidate will be tenacious and hungry for success!

    We are looking for seasoned recruiters who have experience working with local Canadian companies hiring for modern tech stacks - We primarily focus on small to medium-sized companies who hire for in-demand technologies - Javascript (React, Node, Vue, Angular), Ruby on Rails, Python, Go, Elixir, Java8+, .NET core, iOS, Android, DevOps to name a few.

    We are not involved with high volume recruitment, we focus on quality candidates targeting candidates from similar companies - small to medium-sized tech-focused companies. 

    We work with Startups and Growing Tech Companies - we need people who have experience working with these types of companies/candidates.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • 3+ years of Technical Recruiting experience (at least 2 years of agency experience);
    • 2+ years of Linkedin Recruiter experience;
    • 2+ years of candidate interview experience;
    • 2+ years of reading and evaluating resumes;
    • Proven track record in being able to find top talent and deliver for clients
    • Self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a start-up space;
    • SALES DRIVEN PERSONALITY;
    • Strong communication (both verbal and written).
