Our client, an award-winning startup that has built a cloud-based Insurance platform is looking for an intermediate JavaScript Automation Tester to join their team. This job will be suitable for a professional with a highly entrepreneurial focus, who wants to make a change. The successful candidate must have experience working with the latest Javascript Testing tools such as Jest, Cypress, Nightwatch along with Test Cafe. 

You will be joining a team of testers and currently, the role is 50% Automation and 50% Manual. 

This job is fully remote

Qualifications

• 3+ yrs. experience working as a part of a development team to test web-based applications
• Development experience with testing libraries such as Cypress, Jest
• Experience with Agile and Lean methods of project management
• Experience working with small to mid-sized teams towards aggressive product development
• Having innovative and entrepreneurial thinking that can manifest itself in many ways
• Have excellent skills to produce accurate bug reports to the engineering team
• Have a strong professional interest in the newest frameworks
• Ability and interest in turning innovation into real products
• Have a results-driven mindset
• Have a strong problem-solving attitude and ownership mentality
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
