Job description

A Data Analytics Company in Toronto is building out a state of the art Suite of products revolving around smart imagery. They are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to take control of their small team.

You will be tasked to work with your core team of developers and build out innovative tools that use Consumer Behaviour to analyze trends and come up with ways to increase user attention and in essence sales.

You will be working with large data sets and this is in the eCommerce space.

The technical stack: Python, Flask, Node.JS, React, AWS RedShift.

This is a new team and you will be leading this brand new initiative.

Required Skills and Experience:

- At least 4 years of professional experience with ideally majority of this stack: Python, Flask, Node.JS, React, AWS RedShift.

- At least 1+ years of Technical Lead experience, formally or informally

- Experience working in an AWS environment, bonus for using Redshift

- You have worked on products from start to finish and have a start-up mentality

- Ability to learn quick and mentor others

- Great communication skills is a must

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000
