Our team is looking to talk to highly-skilled, sales motivated recruiters who want to help us build this business - we may be boutique, but we’ve earned the trust of many of Toronto’s best places to work!

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, with agency recruitment experience and at least 3+ years of progressive experience in the industry. You’ll ideally be well accustomed to Toronto’s tech scene, and have technical recruitment experience. The ideal candidate will be tenacious and hungry for success!

We have a casual work environment, flexible work hours (work from anywhere!) and a solid team of experienced recruitment consultants. We are offering a very competitive compensation package.

Feel free to work from anywhere however we do have a desk for you at Adelaide and Peter!

Desired Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience (at least 1 year of agency experience);

• 2+ years recruiting Open Source Technical roles for growing Tech companies - Startups to Mid-sized companies

• 2+ year of Linkedin Recruiter experience;

• 3+ year of candidate interview experience;

• Proven track record in being able to find top talent and deliver for clients

• Self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a start-up space;

• SALES DRIVEN PERSONALITY;

• Strong communication (both verbal and written).

Compensation:

DOE - We are offering a few options;

• Currently, we are only offering Full Commission - We offer some of Toronto’s highest commissions! - Ask us about our splits!
