  • Responsibilities

    Account Manager

    We are looking for a Field Technician who will be responsible for managing and building long-term relationships with our Client's national business partners. You must provide technical and operational field support for client products across North America. You are responsible for installing new Bitcoin Kiosk locations and ensuring maximum up-time for all current locations.

    You Will:

    • Perform all on-site Kiosk installation, repair, maintenance and testing across North America
    • Load and transport of Kiosks to and from sites
    • Install related updated branding, marketing and signage on sites
    • Resolve all maintenance and operational issues as required via phone and/or in the field
    • Prepare operational and technical reports on an ongoing basis
    • Maintain inventory and storage units while ensuring inventory accuracy
    • Manage in-bound/out-bound shipments (customs clearance, etc)
    • Service calls outside of normal business hours may be required to accommodate business schedules, ex: maintenance may be conducted during the evening
    • Audit kiosk locations on a quarterly basis
    • Ability to travel frequently within North America

     

    You Have:

    • Successfully completed a University or College degree. Preferably in Electrical or Mechanical or related field
    • Physically able to lift 45 kg (100lbs), stand and/or sit for long periods of time, and be able to bend/ twist
    • Flexibility for out-of-town travel, overnight trips and on-call rotation
    • Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
    • Possess strong verbal and written communications skills
    • Responsible, self-disciplined, reliable, systematic, and have a high degree of personal integrity
    • Follows procedures and have a structured approach to problem-solving

    Nice To Have:

    • Intermediate experience with networking and wiring
