Immediate opening for a JR. STAFF ACCOUNTANT IN SAN DIEGO, CA who possesses:

1. 3 yrs experience with month end close and account reconciliation 
2. Advanced Excel and experience Pivot Tables 
3. Accounting Degree or 3 yrs experience preferred 
4. Must be able to understand full cycle accounting

FULL DESCRIPTION:

JR. STAFF ACCOUNTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accounts Receivable
• Backup support for Accounts Payable
• Account Reconciliation
• Assist with month end close
• Performs administrative and clerical duties
• Completes special projects as assigned

JR. STAFF ACCOUNTANT REQUIREMENTS:

• Accounting Degree or equivalent experience preferred 
• 3-5 of related work experience 
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with sales tax reporting and/or Avalara software a plus
• Knowledge of Acumatica ERP system a plus
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
• Have professional demeanor and communication style
• Have a positive attitude and be a team player
