    • ERP Systems Experience - at least 2 years (M1 preferred)
    • Manufacturing Customer Service or Data Entry Experience - 2 years, Data Entry looking for MIN. 45WPM.
    • Detail-oriented, someone wanting to stay long-term.

    _FULL DESCRIPTION: _

    The effort to provide efficient and effective customer service, data entry, and project assistance. A customer service rep will be a key member of our company by working with sales orders, directing customers to the proper departments and documentation and providing the customer with excellent custom service.

    The selected candidate will further possess: 

    • 1-2 years' prior experience in clerical work

    • Proficient with MS Office Professional Suite

    • Proficient with QuickBooks

    • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Pro

    • QuickBooks

    • Submittal/Product Knowledge

    • Methods and techniques of data entry

    • Modern office practices, procedures, and equipment including filing systems.

    • Telephone techniques and etiquette

    • Perform general clerical and record-keeping duties of average difficulty.

    • Type at an acceptable rate of speed

    • Operate standard office equipment.

    • Understand and follow oral and written directions.

    • Proficient with MS Office Professional Suite

    • Scanning, Shredding, Maintain Desk Organization, and clear desk of all papers at the end of the day.

     

    The selected candidate will be responsible for the following: 

    • Schedule high stress projects, deal with customer's complaints, and maintain an organized workspace.

    • Use CALI submittals to match part numbers provided on new order or emailed quotation and enter into QuickBooks.

    • Ensure complete part numbers and correct pricing is provided.

    • Requesting updated order information

    • Tracking Order Status

    • Track Registered Jobs

    • Provide Sales Reps with estimated ship dates, delayed ship dates, and tracking information.

    • Provide Sales Reps with product information, submittals, and technical data sheets.

    • Clerical Work such as data entry, answering phone calls, filing, and scanning documents.

    • Conducting daily meetings regarding order shipments for the day

    • Provide sales manager with a completed Return Material Authorization Forms which includes correct part numbers, product under warranty verification, original order information, replacement order information, original invoice information, and signed form stating customer will follow CALI RMA policy.

    • Tracking RMA status and sales approval

    • Providing Sales Reps with RMA numbers for returned material.

    • Perform other duties as assigned.
