HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (METALS MANUFACTURING) - TALENTZOK
OVERVIEW
The HR Manager will serve as a key business partner, supporting one of the larger company business units. They will work with the COE's to develop and execute key elements of the HR strategy in established businesses as well as in those newly acquired. Leads a team working closely with regional and local service center leaders to effect the execution of deliverables supporting the business plan. Builds, embeds and/or adapts HR infrastructure, people priorities, principles, practices, ethics and standards required to propel the business in an agile and efficient manner.
