Supporting the Accounting Manager with assisting with month end close, full cycle accounting, understand Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, journal entries and someone that is familiar with ISO standards or SOP"s for company audits. Familiarity with Payroll systems such as ADP or Paychex and Inventory. The right candidate will be a quick learner, motivated and organized. Company does like to promote from within and there will be opportunities for growth.
The Manufacturing company is looking for someone to be responsible for Staff Accountant duties including full cycle accounting, assist with month end closings, journal entries, reconciliations of the general ledger, payroll processing, and additional ADHOC duties. Ability to use Outlook and MS Word/Excel, Peach Tree or Vantage Experience with ERP. Ideal candidate will have 5-10 years in a manufacturing staff accountant role.
