    FULL DESCRIPTION: THE PAID MEDIA SUPERVISOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR LEADING THE DAY-TO-DAY MANAGEMENT OF THE ACCOUNT AND CLIENTS INCLUDING PLANNING, BUYING, TRACKING, AND OPTIMIZING OF PAID SEARCH AND SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGNS FOR OUR CONSUMER HOME GOODS ACCOUNTS. THIS IS AN IMPORTANT CLIENT-FACING ROLE THAT REQUIRES BUILDING AND MAINTAINING CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS ALONG WITH BEING ABLE TO PROVIDE STRATEGIC INSIGHTS AS A PAID SEARCH AND SOCIAL EXPERT. THE CANDIDATE NEEDS TO THINK AHEAD ON HOW TO GROW THE BUSINESS AND BRING INNOVATION TO OUR CAMPAIGNS.

    The selected candidate will further possess:

    • College degree required, preferably in Marketing
    • Knowledge of both paid social and paid search a must
    • Expertise with social platforms (Mainly FB/IG & Snapchat. Tik Tok, Twitter, and Pinterest are a plus), Google Ads platform, vendors, and processes
    • Client service – Must know how to present (Media plans & reporting recommendations) and lead media/marketing clients
    • A track record of successfully managing campaign reporting
    • Knowledge of Tableau, DOMO, Google Data Studio, or other data visualizations and dashboarding tools is a plus
    • Must be extremely detail-oriented, organized, and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    • Team player, positive attitude, leave your ego at the door
    • Strong communication skills: oral and written presentation skills – This is a client-facing role
    • Must be proficient in Excel to pivot tables and manage large amounts of data. Also, with Keynote and/or PowerPoint to build media recommendations
    • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to identify trends and optimization opportunities from complex raw data sets
    • Able to take the complex and translate into readily digestible pieces of information for the non-expert digital marketer, with a goal of securing ‘buy in' on action/next steps
    • Proven ability to lead multiple projects, prioritize and deliver against changing priorities, multiple stakeholders, and deadlines
    • Ability to work autonomously, while always keeping managers and stakeholders informed
    • Must understand the media landscape to bring innovation to our media recommendations
    • Client service/management skills

    The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:

    • Owns the day-to-day media management of account and logistics through the entire planning cycle for our clients
    • Develop and foster senior client relationships and manage the day-to-day communication with client teams
    • Responsible for providing strategic support and understanding of the strengths, limitations & uses of the different social media platforms
    • Works in a team setting to develop efficient and effective paid search and social plans based on a range of client goals and KPIs (full funnel including lower-funnel conversion goals)
    • Analyze campaign performance & provide optimization recommendations to clients on a constant basis
    • Collaborate with the rest of the team to provide thought leadership, solutions and implement processes that will help provide efficiencies
    • Train, mentor, and lead junior team members
    • Must clearly communicate clients' needs & timeliness to the internal team. Accountable for completion of clients' requests.
    • Work flexibly to meet project deadlines and manage team resources, internally and externally, to ensure client deadlines are met
    • Employee may perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the company as requested by the manager.
