FULL DESCRIPTION: OUR CLIENT IS SEEKING A LITIGATION ATTORNEY LICENSED IN CA WITH AT LEAST 10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE HANDLING PERSONAL INJURY DEFENSE MATTERS SUCH AS PREMISES LIABILITY (INCLUDING SLIP AND FALL AND CONSTRUCTION INJURY), WRONGFUL DEATH, DOG BITE AND AUTOMOBILE; LANDLORD TENANT. EXPERIENCE WITH HABITABILITY CASES IS PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Handling cases throughout all stages of litigation and in preparation for trial
• Consistent reporting
• Taking and defending depositions
• Interfacing with clients and opposing counsel; and attendance of hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
