FULL DESCRIPION:

This role requires an individual to communicate regularly with customers and discuss contract manufacturing services offered by the company. Excellent communication skills are essential to the position.

The selected candidate will further possess:

• Experience in Project Coordination and Customer Fulfillment
• 2 years Customer Service Experience in an Office/Manufacturing setting required.
• Project Organization Skills
• Strong Administration experience required.
• Strong Interpersonal and Leadership skills
• Multi-Task ability has a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Food Industry experience is a plus.
• Proficient Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• ERP Experience

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:

· Maintain good Customer Relationships.

· Understanding PO's and Bill of Ladings

· Verifying load shipments

· Verifying weights and Piece count

· Communicate with multiple departments to ensure that all customer requirements are met.

· Handle Customer inquiries regarding products or orders in a timely manner

· Coordinate and facilitate Customer Audits and Visits

· Attending meeting with Customers and management

· Works on broadening our Customer base.
